Our Staff

We are committed to training our staff and subcontractors alike. In 2007, we completed a CITB approved training plan which constituted some 667 days of training across all our workers. We provide wide ranging training from the use of email to the safe use of ladders.

Further, with the introduction of the CSCS Skills card, we have applied for and been approved as a testing centre. The testing is conducted by our internal healthy & safety and training co-ordinator to ensure that it is completed independently from the production staff. We have processes in place that ensure that everyone working on a site either holds a CSCS safety card or has at least a test booked.
